Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY

All responsibilities arising from non-compliance with ethical rules belong to the author(s).
In particular, the patient's name, abbreviation, patient and registration number should not be used.
Eyes should be taped/delivered in photographs unless there is patient consent and/or a special finding regarding the eyes.
The principle of compliance with the Principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (http://www.wma.net/en/30 publications/10policies/b3/index.html) is accepted in all studies containing the "human" element. In these studies, the authors are required to state that the study was carried out in accordance with the above principles in the MATERIALS AND METHODS section of the article, that approval from the ethics committee and "Informed Consent" were obtained from the individuals/parents who participated in the study.
In studies related to the "animal" item, the authors are required to state that they protect animal rights and obtain approval from the ethics committee in line with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (www.nap.edu/catalog/5140.html) principles in the MATERIALS AND METHODS section of the article.
Ethics committee approval should be obtained separately for studies conducted in all branches of science and for clinical and experimental studies on humans and animals that require an ethics committee decision, and this approval should be stated and documented in the article.
